We Exchange Letters

I and Ladaku started with our own tradition of exchanging letters a few years back.

It was his 23rd birthday and I decided to write him a letter. We were just friends at that time. I wrote freaking ten pages letter. I was so unsure about giving it to him. Because which friend does such thing, right?

Later on, I got to know tht he cried reading that letter. It’s selfish to say this but yes I felt good that he cares.

Ladaku has always been my home. My comfortable place to be.

So, when we started dating, because of that letter, we started to exchange letters every month. Yes we met almost every day, still we shared so much through letters. I personally believe that letters hold something stronger than what we just say.

Every month, we exchange letters, but due to this pandemic and a few fights we haven’t for a month. Right now, it’s my turn to send him a letter. Tomorrow it’s our monthly anniversary so, I am going to write it todaaaayy!

On this day, I gift you this blog where you can celebrate us and share our memories. I hope you liked this. This is a place where you can share about your trips, movies you have watched and books you have read. And about us.

And I understand that you are busy with your exam preparation, and this isn’t the best thing to give you because you won’t be able to give that much time, and it’s absolutely fine.

Lazy Was 18… Ladaku Was 23

Sometimes we think how can people with such age difference end up together? How do they manage to live together with different maturity level?

Maybe it’s their thoughts that share the same ocean.

Maybe it’s the butterflies in their stomach when they look at each other.

Maybe it’s the current running through their bodies, when they touch each other.

Maybe it’s his eyes that she has found comfort in.

Maybe it’s her smile, that he has found his happiness.

Maybe it’s these two different world, craving to be one always.

After all, age is just a number…

Movies We Have Watched Together

His Lazy & Her Ladaku

Ladaku is more into movies and Lazy is more into books. Ladaku keeps on suggesting her movies and Lazy keeps on suggesting him books.

Over the years, they have changed a bit. Ladaku has started reading few pages everyday and Lazy has started watching a movie once in a week. During lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic, they have increased the frequency though.

Whenever Ladaku & Lazy meet. They watch a movie because Ladaku always wants her to watch what he likes. Lazy loves the idea of watching movies with him because why would she miss the chance of sleeping in his cozy arms.

There’s this thing about Ladaku. He can’t afford to talk while watching movies. He doesn’t want to Lazy to miss anything in the movie. The moment she turns her head to talk or to even look at him or kiss him, he simply holds her chin and turns her face to the screen. Also, Lazy never stops talking.

Whenever we start making out in between the movie, he never forgets to pause the movie.

Hey Lazy… Hey Ladaku

His Lazy & Her Ladaku

Lazy & Ladaku were in college. Ladaku was given the responsibility to take care of Lazy because she was new there. They planned to meet during their breaktime.

Lazy was sitting in Dosa Plaza, eating Dosa (obviously). And then Ladaku came and sat down without sat down infront of her. She was eating, all embarassed. He was looking at her eating. And as she finished or we should say as she left her food, they went outside the Dosa Plaza.

They talked. They talked a lot.

And then after this meeting, they started meeting each other more.

They texted each other day and night. They never flirted with each other. They talked shared songs, thoughts, daily routine, etc.

Lazy & Ladaku started getting very comfortable with each other. They also started taking care of each other. They never flirted.
